Packed with industry-standard equipment you'd find in any club or stage, our Pioneer Booth is a real crowd-pleaser with our students.
Pioneer mixers and CDJs have been the de-facto choice of equipment on a DJ’s rider for years. Being able to arrive for a set with just a USB stick full of tracks and set of headphones, rather than a back-breaking amount of vinyl, has changed how we play and experience music at clubs and festivals forever.
Our Pioneer Booth replicates this club-standard by having a DJM-900NXS2 mixer and four CDJs: 3x CDJ2000NXS2 and 1x XDJ1000.
A Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro switcher and two GoPro cameras have been permanently installed to facilitate audio and video recordings of your sets. Simply insert a USB stick into the ATEM and press record.
Finally, Ableton Live Suite is available on the Macbook Pro for playback of any audio and the recording of audio-only sets.
