Private Halls of Residence
To help you feel at home while you study with us, we’ve partnered with Mezzino Student Living to provide shared student accommodation in Manchester for our students. This partnership provides a pairing up system to help you get to know other Spirit Studios students, ensuring you feel part of the community and make friends as soon as you arrive.
Located in Fallowfield, the most popular area for students studying in Manchester, Mezzino has two sites; Mayfair Court and Chancellor Court which both accommodate a range of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom flats.
All properties are fully furnished with a kitchen area, study space and bathroom facilities, either en-suite or shared. Prices include water bills, WiFi access and contents insurance. Please note that gas and electric is not included in the rent price.
If you’re looking for alternative options, Unite Students, IQ Student Accommodation and Vita Students all have private Halls located close to the city centre.
Mayfair Court
Located in the popular Manchester student heartland of Fallowfield, Mayfair Court provides an excellent location, close to great local facilities, good public transport links and the University of Manchester campus.

If Halls aren’t your thing, you can also look into renting in the private sector. Many students choose to rent a house or flat through private landlords or letting agents as it provides the flexibility to choose where you want to live, and who you want to live with.
