Spirit Studios is excited to announce a new partnership with Habitat Music Studios.

The partnership will be of huge benefit to students studying our new BA (Hons) Popular Music, Songwriting and Performance course, providing professional facilities designed for rehearsing live music.

About Habitat Music Studios

Habitat is a rehearsal and recording facility merely two minutes walk away from Spirit Studios, hosting two large (up to eight people) and one medium sized rehearsal room (for up to five people).

Benefits of the partnership:

• A dedicated space for our Popular Music, Songwriting and Performance Students:
  The rehearsal rooms are bookable for Popular Music, Songwriting and Performance students to rehearse, and they are also used for classes, workshops, and performances.
• Professional rehearsal rooms: All the rooms at Habitat are acoustically treated and equipped with a full backline, including: PA system, mics, drumkit and amps.
• Facilities at Habitat include:
  • Chill-out zone
  • Meeting room
  • Tea and coffee facilities
  • Toilets
  • The studio will also benefit from an in-house shop stocking everything from strings and picks to drinks and snacks (coming soon).
• Finally, all Spirit Studios students get a 40% discount on rehearsal rates Monday – Friday.
